The Partnership

Ben Bridge Jeweler was looking to make internal changes within their teams and onboard a new production partner with a focus on modernizing their approach to video creation and maximizing cost-efficiencies across multiple business-critical ad campaigns.

While they had previously partnered with a creative agency, the costs and speed at which they worked quickly became unsustainable.

Ben Bridge Jeweler realized they needed a production partner who could keep production costs down while still matching the scale and quality their campaigns required–and they found it in QuickFrame. 

Our Approach

Ben Bridge Jeweler decided to make tactical shifts in their production process in favor of QuickFrame’s platform, which would unlock a more modern (not to mention cost-efficient!) approach to producing video ad creative.

Our platform streamlines the end-to-end production process, making video creation much more efficient and agile so brands can seamlessly turn their creative ideas into stunning advertisements.

Ben Bridge Jeweler had a clear picture of what they wanted their ads to look like across three campaigns, including a push for an exclusive product line and a Mother’s Day campaign. They provided QuickFrame with an incredibly detailed brief that underlined specific directions on what talent, locations, and products to feature, making the production process even smoother. They had a specific eye towards testing variations of their ad copy to see which was driving the highest performance.

And thanks to our high caliber Maker Community, Ben Bridge Jeweler was able to get the same video production quality they were accustomed to from their past creative agency–but for a fraction of the cost.

The Results

With fast turnarounds for a variety of campaigns and objectives, QuickFrame delivered Ben Bridge Jeweler with 85 deliverables, across 3 campaigns, for 3 different platforms, edited in 3 different aspect ratios. This included a push for an exclusive product line, as well as a campaign targeted at Mother’s Day shopping, and the end-of-year seasonal holiday push.

Ben Bridge Jeweler received cutdowns with different aspect ratios and runtimes–the ideal way to make video content native to individual platforms–which allowed them to continue zeroing-in on what ad creative was performing the best, and which was not making the cut.

This led to a windfall of engagement driving over 44 million impressions across the three campaigns. For non-skippable video ads they served on CTV, Ben Bridge saw the highest Video Completion Rate (VCR) at 98% for their exclusive product spotlight campaign. When that same campaign ran as skippable ads on social media to drive traffic to their website, they saw a consistent .09% CTR to their dedicated landing page.

Adding further fuel to the fire that Connected TV is a must-have for marketer’s in the coming years, Ben Bridge Jeweler also saw high completion rates for their end of year holiday videos, with 96% completion rate with premium inventory on Hulu, Amazon Video, and YouTube TV.
